131225 Tutorial Membuat Kimchi ala SheilandaK

Assalamualaikum wr wb.

Long time no see. Hehe...

Kali ini saya muncul bukan hanya dengan serentetan foto narsis. Saya membawa satu hal yang mungkin akan sedikit ada gunanya. Kkkk...

Okay kalau begitu. Langsung saja yak. Jadi ini adalah kimchi ke-3 saya. Dulu pertama bikin sekitar 4 tahun yang lalu. Karena gatot, akhirnya saya goreng pake telor. XD. Yang kedua sekitar setahun yang lalu. Agak lumayan. Cuman garam + bubuk cabainya kebanyakan T.T. Bikin langsung mringis-mringis waktu makan XD.

Karena saya rasa kali ini cukup berhasil dan bisa dimakan, maka saya ingin membuat tutorial. :) . Semoga membantu !!!

hehehe.... foto narsis lagi. Cape deh....

Bahan Inti :

0,5 kg sawi putih
1/8 cangkir garam

Bahan bubur :

Tepung beras ketan 1 sendok makan
gula satu sendok teh
air 1/4 cangkir

Bahan pasta :

Cabai merah bubuk 1/8 cangkir
Kecap ikan 1/8 cangkir
Udang 7 buah [Bisa di-skip]
jahe 1/2 ruas
bawang bombay secukupnya [kira-kira sendiri sesuai selera]
bawang putih 1 siung

Cara pembuatan :

Potong sawi sesuai selera.

Kemudian garami setiap helainya. Harus telaten agar tak ada bagian yang terlewat. :) . Selesai, rendam selama 1,5 jam!

Sambil menunggu proses pengasinan, sekarang kita [jiailehhh.... lo aja kali gue enggak XD] beralih dulu ke buburnya. Campurkan tepung, gula dan air dalam satu wadah.

Campur ke-3 bahan tersebut sampai rata. Hidupkan kompor, aduk terus sampai mengental.

 Tunggu bubur mendingin. Well,... potong-potong lobak dan daun bawang sajah ya. Begini jadinya. Jeng-jengggg!!!

yaayyyy.... sekarang saatnya membuat pasta.

Bila kimchi yang dibuat banyak, ada baiknya proses ini di-blender. Tapi karena saya cuma bikin se-toples, saya uleg sajah bumbunya. Hehe.

Uleg udang, bawang bombay, bawang dan jahe sampai halus. Campur hasilnya dengan bubur yang sudah dingin, bubuk cabai dan kecap ikan.

Campur pasta dengan potongan lobak dan daun bawang.

Anggap saja sekarang sudah 1,5 jam ya!!? [Gubrakkkk]... hahaha.... tapi saya ngerendem-nya emang 1,5 jam! ;)

Cuci sawi yang sudah diasin sampai bersih. Kalau perlu ulangi sampai 3 kali. Saat sudah ter-asin dengan sempurna, sawi akan terlihat layu. Btw ini juga ada potongan lobak, sisa dari lobak yang dipotong korek api. Daripada sia-sia, tadi saya asinkan sekalian bareng sawi :)

Nah,.. tinggal melumurkan pasta yang sudah jadi pada sawi dan lobak secara merata. Masukkan dalam toples :)

Selesaiii!!! Tinggal menunggu 1-2 hari dalam suhu ruang untuk proses fermentasi sempurna. Kalau punya saya langsung masuk kulkas. Proses fermentasinya lebih lama kalau di dalam suhu yang rendah ^__^

130425 [SHARING Thought] Pesan Pada Semua Pengguna Jalan Untuk Lebih PINTAR

Siang,..

Assalamualaikum wr wb,..

Langsung ajah. Saya di sini mau sharing pemikiran. Karena terhitung hari ini, sudah ke sekian kalinya saya dihakimi karena menuruti peraturan lalu lintas. Loh. Kok bisa???

Jadi begini ceritanya. Tadi pagi saya berangkat seperti biasa. Pamit ke ortu, adek2, plus kucing2 saya. Sebelum tancap gas, gag lupas baca doa keluar rumah dan dzikir terus agar diberi keselamatan oleh Yang Maha Kuasa Allah SWT. tentu saja.

Awalnya normal aja perjalanan saya. Setor dulu ke Bank. Lumayan, ketemu dan dilayani sama Mas Kasir yang Hensem subhanallah. Dikasih bonus senyum pula. He made my day *thanks

Suddenly, di perempatan terakhir sebelum saya belok ke kanan untuk menuju tempat kerja, Eh, lampunya merah. Yasudah saya berhenti dan menunggu lampu ijo dengan sabar. Tiba-tiba ada bunyi 'JEDUAAAKKKK'. Waduh. Terus terang saya kaget. Saya tadi kan abis ngurangin gigi mesin, apa ada yang salah sama motor saya? Kok sampe suaranya sebegitu keras dan motornya agak terjungkal ke depan. Otomatis saya bingung dan cari tahu. Saya langsung nengok ke belakang. Ga ada yang salah kok. Terus kenapa???

Oh, saya tahu. Ternyata ada satu motor di belakang saya. Yang mungkin tadi dipake NGEBUT sama yang mengendarai. Sampai-sampai rem-nya kurang dalam untuk ikut berhenti karena lampunya merah. Tanpa diduga, bapak yang mengendarai motor itu melotot ke saya.

"Malah Mandek [Berhenti]!" Marahnya.

Saya langsung nelen ludah. Ini yang jadi korban siapa. Yang marah-marah siapa. Yaudahlah. Saya yang lebih muda mengalah saja. Saya bilang ke beliau.

"Lampunya merah, Pak!" Saya nunjuk lampu merah sambil senyum seramah mungkin.

 Tapi beliau itu masih saja melotot. Dan bilang lagi. Masih sambil marah. Atau mau meremehkan saya.

"Alah, jek tas ae [orang barusan ajah]!"

Saya langsung ngeh, 'Oh, jadi tadi bapak ngira saya mau terus?' Saya langsung nyeletuk dalem hati. Sejujurnya saya bukan tipe orang yang suka membatin. Tapi karena lawan saya lebih tua, demi azaz kesopanan, saya langsung balik nengok ke belakang. Niat baik saya malah dimentahkan. Uh, darah saya udah naik ke ubun-ubun. Mendidih mungkin. Uh,.. males saya meladeni bapak tersebut yang ternyata -maaf *primitif*

Saya tadi emosi sekali. Sampai kantor langsung update tweet dan status, seperti ini :

Jujur tadi pagi saya masih emosi sekali. Jadi tolong maklumi bahasa saya yang kurang sopan^^. Karena ini bukan kali pertama saya di zalimi oleh pengguna jalan lain. Sekitar 2 bulan yang lalu, saya sudah kejadian kecelakaan menghadapi becak yang bingung di jalan. Bukannya saya menganggap diri sendiri benar. Karena waktu itu saya kira becak akan melaju terus. Karena sudah dalam setengah jalan, Bapak sopir belum memberikan tanda2 akan menggok. Yasudah saya jalan santai saja lewat kanannya. Eh, pas saya lewat, beliau juga pas menggokin stir. Terjadilah. Luka nggak seberapa sih. Tapi abis itu sampai sekarang, saya belum pernah lagi lewat situ soalnya masih trauma.

Kemarin saya dipepet sama bus. Padahal saya udah turun dari aspal, tapi busnya tetep aja nerecel ikut turun. Mana klaksonnya bikin jantung dag dig dug. Dan lajunya bus di Kediri tahu sendirikan, kenceng banget. Beda sama bus kota di Surabaya yang pelan-pelan. Dan masih banyak lagi kejadian tidak mengenakan di jalan raya yang sering saya alami. Atau juga sering menimpa para readers,

Well. Saya mengerti, mungkin orang-orang tersebut sedang terburu-buru. Dikejar target atau hal-hal lain yang membuat mereka sangat harus cepat sampai di lokasi. Atau hal-hal lain yang sedang mengganjal pikiran mereka, sehingga membuat mereka tidak fokus.

Kembali ke apa yang mau saya share. Okay. Saya rasa, semua orang juga punya urusannya masing-masing. Saya yakin yang di jalan kebanyakan orang-orang yang sedang terburu-buru. Saya juga sebenarnya sedang buru-buru. Takut telat. Tapi saya tetep pelan-pelan di jalan. Maksimal jalan 60 lah. Itu udah pol-polan buat saya. Karena apa? Saya masih sayang diri sendiri. Tentunya dengan begitu orang lain sesama pengguna jalan juga akan lebih aman. Bukannya saya membaik-baikkan diri sendiri. Tapi memang bukannya kita nggak boleh ngebut kalau di jalan raya? Resiko telat akan saya tanggung sendiri. Soalnya saya telat juga salah saya sendiri. Bukan salah orang lain. Maka dari itu saya mau nanggung akibat ulah saya sendiri. Nggak mengorbankan orang lain.

Jadi gini. Ngebut di jalan akan menyebabkan hilang kontrol dalam mengemudi. Susah mengatur kemudi, susah nge-rem, dan susah-susah yang lain. Sehingga apabila terjadi hal-hal yang mendadak, kita akan hilang kendali. Betul tidak? Itulah yang membahayakan. Kita jadi mengorbankan KESELAMATAN JIWA orang lain untuk kepentingan pribadi kita. Bukankah itu namanya egois?

Apalagi kendaran seperti bus atau truk yang ukurannya besar, nggak ngebut aja mereka udah sering bikin saya resah. Bingung mau minggir soalnya takut keserempet. Apalagi kalau mereka ngebut pake klakson berulang-ulang yang bikin panik setengah mati. Tentu saja hal itu sangat berbahaya.

Untuk itu saya berpesan kepada semua pengguna jalan untuk lebih PINTAR ke depannya. Jangan egois! Semua juga punya urusan. Jangan mengorbankan keselamatan yg lain!!

130327 Sharing My Super Duper Unbelievable Experience

Well,.. In July 2012, I forget what's the date. I had a very annoying experience. What is that??

I was so popular in My previous PERSONAL Facebook Account [Sheilanda Park Elf], as an Admin who updated About SUJU's Daily news. But I played there as my self. I don't want everyone to call me 'admin' cause my name is Sheilanda. So they all called me it.

Even I ever leaved my previous work just to continue updating on that 'super' beloved account for me.

But right a month after I quit Work, suddenly that facebook account > my PERSONAL account, changed into a PAGE. Again > a PAGE. Well,... Don't ask me my reaction that time. Of course I was so sad and crying for a few days.

It just suddenly changed. Maybe there was a person who didn't like me, so he/she hacked me. MAYBE.

But when I think again, I have to move on. Well, I try to keep updating on that account. Same name. Same Email. And also same Password. But it's totally different. All my FRIENDS Changed into LIKERS. A lot of them already unlike me since I see that the count of the likers is getting viewer day by day. I undesratnd how they feel, so I just let them do it. It's their right, isn't it?

The playing term also a lot different. I only can send message to my my friend only if they already sent me a message first. Everyone who didn't understand, must be thinking that I was getting more arrogant. T.T

Well, I move on. Everyday I was updating there. But the crowded is really not good. Only maximal 20 people who like my post, and the comment also very little. It made me sad. So I tried to move to twitter. I have twitter account since 2010, but very rarely log in there. I tried to build my excistment there. But there were so many accounts that similar with me. Personal Account of an ELF that updating about their feeling trough SUJU and Also update daily news. So I wasn't got my twitter popularity. My followers only 77 people until now. My twitter is almost 3 years, but my followers are only that T.T. Ahh,.. this is terrible.

So I think again. What I gotta do?? I really want that my update about SUJU is viewed by a lot of people, just like in my previous PERSONAL Facebook account. And yeahhh,.. God give me a direction. I remembered that I also have a blog named sheilanda-superjunior.blogspot.com [I updated everything about SUJU there now]. Well, the reaction of audience is quiet good until now. It makes my pain erase a little. My members already 27 people. and the viewers is 1000-2000 people per day. I also ever got almost 5000 people in a day :)

I survived with it until I got a new job in November 2012 :)

My life back to normal. I shared the link of my updates via My Used to be Personal Facebook Account that called PAGE and via my twitter too. So I always open 3 tab for updating. Yeah,.. I was living like that. Updating in the middle of working is amazing. But don't worry about my work, I always done my work first before updating :)

And I also have a new Personal FB acount. But I rarely go there , hehe

But suddenly I remember something. OMG... I remember that I also friend with 영환조 [YoungHwan Cho > Cho Kyuhyun's Father] on my previous PERSONAL Facebook account. Kya... how to do?? Is Appa still Liking me or not? no no,.. it's okay that Appa unlike me. I was afraid that he still like me T.T . I am just a super ordinary girl who really didn't deserve to accept a like from someone like him.

I realize it in about a month ago. So I decided to check. Omo,.. and yeahhh,.. I was still on his 'like list'. I took a cap of that, and uploaded it on my Facebook Page and my new Personal Account [Teukila Destiny].

I tried to tell everyone to help me to say to Cho Appa that it's alright to unlike me. I post status with Indonesian and English to made eveyone easy to understand. Since I only know that two language well. I only flunt in Javanese, but not all people know that language right? kkk,... I also post on my twitter and my new personal facebook account.

I tried to find my those status but I only can find one , Cause already closed by another post.. this, with Indonesian language :

Ah,.. I don't know what happened next. Maybe someone already told Appa. kkk,... MAYBE.

But Suddenly today when I open My Facebook Page. It's in the morning. The NEW LIKE is very made me shock. That's the PP of Cho Appa. I thought it's just an ELF who have the same PP with him. So I decided to check. And I was wrong, it's Cho Appa. The same Cho Appa. Kya,. He liked me again??? AGAIN?

I really want to cap on that time but I wasn't able, since it's still my work time. And I have a lot of updating news. So I was trying to be patient to updated it when I got home.

This feels like dream,.. ahhh,.. really,.. Appa,.. I thank you sooo much for this. Really. I cannot explain how was my feeling now. I'm just happy and feel thankful. Really thankful, Appa. This like a reward of everything that I have done so far. I am so happy. Appa thank u. I promise You and everyone that I will do MORE after this. I will increase my passion of updating, also working, also loving my family and SUJU more. God really thank You. Appa, really thank you!
