Unfortunately a lot of people in the world are to lazy to eat Guava. Why? Of course cause of the annoying seeds. But be cool, there is a really simple way to make us more comfort to consume it. We can make it a Juice. Kkk....]
Guava
Caranya gampang banget. Tinggal iris-iris Guava menjadi bagian kecil-kecil. Masukkan ke blender. Kalau suka boleh ditambah gula. Tapi dikit aja ya, biar nggak merusak kandungan gizi di dalamnya. Kemudian tambah air secukupnya, blender sampai halus.
Selesai, silakan disaring, agar biji dan jus-nya terpisah. Habis itu tinggal disajikan deh.
[It's really simple to make it. Cut the Guava into small sizes. Put it into the blender. If you like to add sugar it's okay. But just a lil bit, we try to keep the nutrition in it. Then put in water, blend until it's perfectly blended.
Done, strain it! It's for separate the seeds and the juice. Serve it!]
